Temperature control and fabric steaming process of the yarn dyeing machine
Jan 30, 2019

In the dyeing process of the yarn dyeing machine, the temperature control is mainly achieved by heating and cooling the dye liquor. Since the bath is relatively low, the fabric in the storage tank and the dye bath adsorbed are separated from the free dye bath (circulating dye bath), so the temperature of the fabric passing through the nozzle is always higher than the temperature of the fabric in the storage tank, especially when the temperature is rapidly raised to 130 °C, the temperature difference between the two places can reach about 10 °C.

Therefore, for the yarn dyeing machine, it is very necessary to effectively control the uniformity of the dye in the overall dyeing process. It is usually controlled by the dye bypass cycle, as well as the rate of temperature rise and the circulation speed of the fabric. Therefore, the rapid exchange of the fabric and the dye liquor is not only the uniform distribution control requirement of the dye on the fabric, but also an important control means for the fabric to obtain a uniform temperature distribution.

In the dyeing and finishing process of the yarn dyeing machine, in order to ensure the dyeing quality, a steaming process is usually required. This allows the fabric fibers to be fully swelled, accelerating the diffusion of the auxiliaries into the interior of the fabric fibers and the rate of reaction. At the same time, this plays an important role in improving the swellability of the woven fabric and accelerating the penetration and diffusion of the auxiliaries into the woven fabric. As a result, not only the processing time is shortened, but also the treatment effect is improved, and the high-efficiency and short-flow characteristics are characterized.www.textiledyeingmachines.com
