At 50 to 60 ° C, the disperse dye is dyed very slowly or substantially without dyeing. When the temperature is above 80 °C, the dyeing speed is increased. Therefore, the temperature between 80 and 130 °C should not be risen too fast.


Generally, the grading temperature rise and the grading heat preservation are used to control the heating rate, and it is necessary to pay attention to the disperse red 3B, the dispersed ruby S-2GFL, and the disperse red S-BWFL which are easy to cause color stains.


When the jet dyeing machine cools down, the cooling rate should not be too fast, so as to avoid the formation of wrinkles and chicken paw prints.


Therefore, it is necessary to strictly control the cooling rate. Generally, the heating rate is based on the principle that the temperature of the fabric changes by no more than 1 to 1.5 ° C per revolution (refer to the main stage of the temperature rise and fall). Generally, the dye bath should be from 1:8 to 1:20 depending on the model and structure of the equipment.


The principle of mastering the nozzle injection pressure is: when the fabric is on the machine, the nozzle pressure can be larger. When the operation is normal, the nozzle pressure can be smaller; the larger the thickness or weight of the fabric, the larger the nozzle pressure, the larger the nozzle diameter; The ratio of the diameter of the rope fabric to the diameter of the nozzle is 9:10. When cooling down, it is strictly forbidden to inject cold water into the machine at high temperature to forcibly cool down.


The main point of the color dyeing operation of the jet dyeing machine is that the high temperature and high pressure jet overflow dyeing machine is dyed and should be cooled to 85 °C to exhaust the steam.


Turn off the lift motor at 70-80 °C, touch the head with a hook, and cut the sample within 10 cm of the seam. The size of the cut sample is about 6cm in length and about 4cm in width, and is post-treated. Then, the sample cloth is dried on the steam tube (or dried in an oven), and steam is blown to make it regain moisture.


Under the color light box, press the color specified by the customer. If the color is correct, if it needs to be corrected by color, it should be heated to 100 °C and dyed again. If the color and light match, it can continue to be cooled down.


After dyeing, the light color is only washed with hot water, and the medium dark color is particularly dark, and the reduction and cleaning treatment must be strengthened to improve the dyeing vividness and fastness of the fabric. The reducing cleaning agent used should be opened, driven by the feeding tank, and should not be directly added through the operation
