The dyeing liquid in the circulation system of the fabric enters the nozzle through the inlet of the dyeing liquid, and the cylindrical fabric enters the nozzle through the inlet of the fabric, and the dyeing liquid is ejected from the nozzle hole, and the exchange of the fabric and the dyeing liquid is realized in the process.
At the same time, under the action of the impulse, the fabric will quickly enter the elbow of the high-pressure overflow dyeing machine nozzle, and the fabric and the dyeing liquid will be fully contacted, and then enter the yaw bucket through the fabric and dyeing liquid outlet shown in the figure, taking into account the shortening. In the dyeing cycle, it is necessary to separate the fabric and the dye liquor in the yaw mechanism, so that the dye liquor can enter the circulation system as soon as possible.
In general, combined with the performance characteristics of the high-pressure overflow dyeing machine, when designing its nozzle structure, the nozzle cover is fixed to the nozzle housing by screws, and the gap between the two is used to hold the dye liquid, and the nozzle bends. The tube extends into the nozzle portion to change the diameter of the dye solution to obtain sufficient momentum to drive the fabric. At the same time, in order to reduce the occurrence of the air drum phenomenon, a suction device can be added inside the nozzle cover. The connection of the various parts can be achieved by welding.
