1. Soft Overflow Dyeing Machine introduction
This dyeing machine is designed and manufactured in accordance with pressure vessel standards GB 150. When the machine works, the fabrics are transferred to the nozzle by fabric drive reel, driven by frequency converter. Meanwhile, the dyestuff is pumped from the tank by the circulation pump, then transferred to the nozzle after heating by heat exchanger. The fabrics are pushed to guide pipe and finally are piled up in the dye vat. Level dyeing and fast dyeing is well done after the cycle operation is processed.

1). Low liquor ratio and energy saving design
TDH high temperature dyeing machine is designed with a water-saving structure and a unique patented inner net to reduce the friction between the fabric and the chamber when forwarding. The fabrics can slide at a low liquor ratio and there is no need for high-power motors.
2). Expansion device, no crease mark or rolling selvedge
The front expansion device provides continuous impacts and frequent changes of the fabric position, effectively stretching the curling phenomenon. The rear expansion device allows the fabric to relax and soften, increasing the quality of dyeing.
3). Low tension, high quality
With smooth fabric circulation and regulated fabric folding, the fabric is carried into the main reel at its lowest tension. The speed of the main reel can be precisely controlled, so the speed of the reel and the fabric is at a simultaneous pace.
4). Unique w-shaped inner plate, high production capacity
The specially designed w-shape inner plate and large chamber structure allow the dyeing of two ropes of fabric for one chamber, greatly increasing the production capacity and reducing the cycle time required.
5. Main workflow
1). Each tube is separated into 2 chambers for running 2 lines of fabirc at the same time.
2). Designed loading capacity of each chamber: 125kg.
3). Big elbow saves 10% water & space.
4). Fabric with moderate length can cater for different materials and circulating time.
