1. Overflow Textile Dyeing Machine introduction
The machine is designed and manufactured in accordance with pressure vessel standards GB 150. When the machine works, the fabrics are transferred to the nozzle by fabric drive reel, driven by frequency converter. Meanwhile, the dyestuff is pumped from the tank by the circulation pump, then transferred to the nozzle after heating by heat exchanger. The fabrics are pushed to guide pipe and finally are piled up in the dye vat. Level dyeing and fast dyeing is well done after the cycle operation is processed.

1). The comprehensiveness of dyeing: It can be fit for the dyeing from the common knit fabrics to the newest developed stretch fabrics, such as cotton elastic cloth, thread viscose elastic cloth, polyester elastic cloth, nylon elastic cloth.
2). Choices between overflow and jet flow. Soft water flow ensures the cloth to be non-pilled and yarn to be non twisted.
3). The dyed fabrics will not be over-compressed so that it will not create any crease mark questions, thus enhance the dyeing suitability.
4). Short chamber, suitable fabric length, low liquor ratio and easy operation.
5). Low machine height, small tension, less fabric shrinkage after dyeing.
6). Large memory programmable microprocessor controller
7). High level of automation: All the relative actions in the dyeing process, such as water inlet, main pump starting, heating, temperature maintaining, cooling, rinsing, dyes feeding, mixing, dye liquor returning, tank washing, draining, alarm, process finishing, etc., can be programmed and controlled.
5. Work flow
1). Each tube is separated into 2 chambers for running 2 lines of fabirc at the same time.
2). Designed loading capacity of each chamber: 125kg.
3). Big elbow saves 10% water & space.
4). Fabric with moderate length can cater for different materials and circulating time.
