4. Advantages

1). Streamlined body, adjustable nozzle

The fabrics circulate in the machine with the lowest possible tension which is achieved by the specially designed body shape. The jet nozzle is adjustable and could offer a wide range of nozzle pressure for dyeing different kinds of fabrics.


2). Torque controlled converter

The reel is controlled by the torque converter. The reel can automatically adjust its speed to match the fabric speed, hence reduce the fabric tension.


3). Patent water circulation system

It can make full use of the heat and improve productivity.


4). Easy operation and high automation

The thies jet dyeing machine is easy to operate with a low operating window and is fully automatic.


5). Special conical inner chamber

Special mesh design in the inner chamber is able to reduce the liquor ratio. The conical shape helps the fabric to travel in a well-arranged form.


5. Work flow

1). Each tube is separated into 2 chambers for running 2 lines of fabirc at the same time.

2). Designed loading capacity of each chamber: 125kg.

3). Big elbow saves 10% water & space.

4). Fabric with moderate length can cater for different materials and circulating time.
