This dyeing machine has a wide range of dyeing, good dyeing quality, low cost and high yield.The liquor ratio of the jet flow dyeing machine is 1:6-10. The machine can operate smoothly even when the nozzle pressure is at 0.5~1 kg/cm2. Jet flow dyeing machines are suitable for the running requirements of the spandex and low tension fabrics.

4. Work flow
1). Each tube is separated into 2 chambers for running 2 lines of fabirc at the same time.
2). Designed loading capacity of each chamber: 125kg.
3). Big elbow saves 10% water & space.
4). Fabric with moderate length can cater for different materials and circulating time.
