The jet dyeing machine is designed and manufactured in accordance with the pressure vessel standard GB 150. The bath ratio of the jet dyeing machine is 1:6-10. Even with a nozzle pressure of 0.5 to 1 kg / cm2, the machine runs smoothly. Jet stream dyeing machines are suitable for the operation of spandex and low tension fabrics.

3. Work flow

1)Each tube is separated into 2 chambers for running 2 lines of fabirc at the same time.

2)Designed loading capacity of each chamber: 125kg.

4. Advantages

1)Single head dual chamber dyeing system can significantly reduce the occurrence of color aberration, shorten the circulation time of the fabric in the dyeing machine and improve the dyeing effect.

2)Single head and dual chamber designing requires less space and achieves higher production ability compared to the traditional designing.

3)Low tension designing:Step 1: When the fabrics run to fabric water separation device at the front, the fabrics have the lowest moisture content and the weight is greatly reduced.Step 2: The driving reel pulls up the fabric and send to the main jet flow nozzle system in the minimum distance. Using this principle, the cloth can be smoothly and synchronously operated at the lowest tension.
